Chinese Green Tea with jasmine blossoms

Our organic jasmine White Dragon Pearl tea is crafted from spring-harvested Fuding Da Bai Tea cultivar, it's a top grade of premium green tea made with NO leaf but only buds, from Fuding County, Fujian. After that, our experienced staff rolled the tender shoots of the tea leaves and buds into round shaped "pearls" /"balls"  and scent it 7 times with fresh picked jasmine flowers.

Though the ingredient tea balls could be made into white tea process or green tea process, we prefer the green tea base, as steamed green teas absorb better flavor from flowers, it called as White Dragon Pearl jasmine tea, aka Mo li Bai Long Zhu, is because of it's beautiful shinning white colored hairy appearance.

Though Comprised of little hand work and processing time to roll tea 'pearls' gently and to infuse it with natural floral jasmine flowers. This white jasmine dragon pearls tea deserves the honor to as a beautiful art to look at. When steeped, the "pearls" slowly release a delicate light and wonderful delicate natural jasmine floral flavor, the tea leaves blossom like dance, into the cup filled with bright colored brew, tastes smooth and refreshing.

The ideal infusion should begin with 3.5 grams of tea with water at 195 degrees. Give the tea an initial 1 second rinse, then let steep for 1 minute. Steep the second infusion for 1 minute as well, but gradually increase steep time by 30 seconds for subsequent infusions. The aroma of the tea feels a bit chestnut and rich, resembling a perfectly brewed cup of Pilochun early harvest green.
