The machine can be connected with all kinds of flute laminating machines.The machine will do piling and collecting automatically when the laminating machine is running ensuring the paper board positive and negative stacked to prevent the deformation of the laminated sheets. The motor adopts imported famous brand with optoelectronic control system controlling the machine running smoothly and stable .The operator can just operate the man-machine interface to achieve piling and collecting automatically.
1. Accelerating unit :This main function of this part is to separate the sheets from the conveyor by accelerating the conveying speed so that it can go to the flip-flop frame easily. Each pile height is between 70-120mm
2.Turning unite:This device could turn the board to achieve the positive and negative stacking. The lift will lift the pile to a certain height and pull to collecting part.
3. Delivery unite :collecting the pile board together,pre-pressing the board and tidy the board within front and back ,left and right.
