Bearing Description

One Way Sprag Overrunning Clutch Bearing Introduction

One way sprag overrunning clutch bearing rotates in only one direction to provide backstop functionality for applications requiring stoppage of rotation without roll-back, as there are keyways either on the inner ring, outer ring or both. The rolling elements of one way bearing can be balls or rollers. All rolling bearings are open, shielded, or sealed.

There are common HF,HFL,FC,FCB,RCB,RC,F,IWC,EWC,DC,CSK,CKB(B200),ASNU,CKA,FWD,NF series one way bearings used currently according to different situations.

DC series one way overruning clutch bearing a sprag type caged bearing without inner or outer races. It must be installed in a designed providing races, bearing support for axial and radial loads, lubrication and sealing. The DC type version-N accepts all types of lubricants currently used in the power transmission equipment. The sprag space tolerance must not be exceeded. Inner and outer races must both have a minimum plain width "e*", without any recess, to ensure the drive pulley or freewheel functions correctly. Surface hardness of the finished part should be HRC 60 to 62, for a depth of 0,6 mm minimum. Core hardness to be HRC35 to 45. Surface roughness not to exceed 22CLA. Maximum taper between races: 0,007 mm for 25 mm width.

Shandong Guomai Bearing Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Guomai) was established in 1999, with more than 20 years of bearing research and manufacturing experience. The factory covers an area of 16000 square meters,7000 of which is manufacturing area and the other is office and warehouse. Guomai has large stock for normally used bearing models and this enables us to deliver the bearing to customers within the shortest time.

There are total 160 staffs, 6 automatic bearing assembly lines,116 CNC machines and 22 sets of precise inspection instruments. We not only have our own R&D team but also cooperate with Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute to develop new bearing designing and manufacturing technology.
In addition to conventional bearings, Guomai also provides OEM and ODM service to our respectable customers to meet their individual requirements.We introduced advanced milling, turning machines, heat treatment equipment and bearing testing machines to guarantee the quality of the bearings because we know "Quality is the life of Guomai" .Now our top products include taper roller bearing, angular contact ball bearing, deep groove bearing ,spherical bearing and cylindrical roller bearing with P5, P4 accuracy grade.

5. Lubricants: Suitable lubricants are used to protect the bearings from oxidation or corrosion of parts thus enable our bearings with longer lifetime, low noise and better high temperature performance. Selection of lubricants is generally governed by the bearing application. Right choice of high quality lubricants could prevent metal to metal contact and conduct heat away from the bearings.
6. Packing: Guomai bearings pay attention to every detail in the bearing production process. We adopt plastic bag, Kraft paper, thick paper box and cartons to protect the bearings from unexpectable damage during the transportation and warehouse stock.
