Production processes:
 
  1. Add fresh milk and sucrose into the tank.
  2. Start the button, open the agitator, the water in the jacket of the tank is heated, and stop heating when the milk reaches the temperature requirement.
  3. Put tap water into the jacket, so that the temperature of milk can be reduced to about 42 ºC.
  4. Add starter to milk and stir for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Fermented yoghurt.
  6. After full fermentation, cooling to 20-25 ºC.
  7. After mixing, fill and seal.
  8. Refrigerate for more than 12 hours in a refrigerated box at 2-6 ºC.
