The vibratory finishing equipment is widely used in surface treatment industry, whether for metal or non-metal parts, It provides batch polishing, deburring, or chamfering of worparts that creates smooth, bright or other required surfaces for subsequent use.

How does vibratory finishing equipment work?

Driven by a vibration motor, the mixture of tumbling media and compounds periodically contact and leave the parts, their mutual friction attain the purpose of all kinds of finishings.

Specially designed with a discharging section and a sieving mesh, allows automatic separating of  the polishing media and workparts. The polishing media will drop through the hole leaving the workparts discharged.

Deburring:
Widely applied in plastic, aluminum or zinc alloy castings or other precise instruments, the thickness and location of the burrs can be precisely controlled 

Chamfering:
Removing sharp edges to facilitate assembling and avoid injuring operators, especially suitable for all kinds of bearings. overcomes the disadvantages of difficulty, low controllability, inconsistent results caused by manual process.

Polishing:
Polishing metal to obtain high brightness surface, or restore the natural color of metal, the vibratory finishing bowl is specially suiatble for brass, copper, aluminum parts

Cleaning:
For removing impurities, grease, thermal oxide, contaminants, rust and so on.

Smoothing:
