HM-ZD600B Automatic Box Packing Machine for Shoe Box 's Description:

      HM-ZD600B Automatic Box Packing Machine for Shoe Box.  It is mainly used for mass production of various premium boxes, such as shoe boxes, mobile phone boxes, shirt boxes, toy boxes, and tea boxes ,etc.
      This machine adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC and man-machine control, electric eye tracing system, hydraulic rectifying system, and can automatically feed cover paper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, drag box, wrap box, fold corner edges and form box.
      The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servo system, which have continuously variable transmission and enjoy high accuracy, easy adjusting, efficiency. Double colors conveyor can save the time for changing to other color belt, which is Hongming's patent. The spotting unit adopts Switzerland micro throttle valve, lead-screw for rectifying, enhancing the spotting accuracy to ±0. 2mm. The forming unit employs import linear slider, guaranteeing over 10 years stable quality

B. Corner Pasting Unit

Hot-melting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in one process.

C. Spotter
The glued paper and cardboard inner box employ hydraulic pneumatic rectifying device and servo device to spot correctly. The spotting error is 0.2mm.
The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen man-machine interface to automatically spot and form the box in one process.
Computer control with auto error display and malfunction display
It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarm accordingly.

D. Wrapping Unit
Automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit. The box-forming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.

3, The production speed of the rigid box machine is determined by the box size, the paper and the greyboard materials.
4, Seller doesn't provide air compressor. (8atm=0.808MPa, 7.5kW compressor is needed)
5, Specific box and paper can fulfill folding in depth above 20mm.
