China Factory Single Flanged Smart Level Transmitter

Product Description

The mounting of ML3000S flanged liquid level transmitter executes ANSI standard. It has 3" and 4" flanged specifications and has 150LB(2.5MPa) flange class. Regarding to specific installation dimension, please see the bellowed drawing. If users apply GB9116-88 standard, please note: DN=80, PN=2MPa. Material of the contacting liquid diaphragm: 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Tantalum and so on.
If customer don't have clear indication, we will supply mounting flange of 3" specification, 150LB and 316L contacting liquid diaphragm.

Working Principle

The principle of electronic differential pressure works the same as a single transducer, using two different pressure outputs to determine the differential pressure. ... This particular output uses two pressure measurements to constantly calculate density, then use the latest density to calculate continuous level.

Application

The pressure generated by the liquid at the level transmitter diaphragm is the liquid height times the specific gravity. The pressure is 1.10*(0 mm) when the vessel at 0% and 1.10*(1000 mm) when the vessel at 100%. Therefore, the transmitter should be calibrated 0 to 1100 mmWC to measure liquid levels of 0 mm to 1000 mm.
