JLH9200M is our newly developped air jet loom,same with Tsudakoma terry-e,but with much lower price.
Technology for better pile quality
TMC Terry Motion Control
The computer control of the pile tension is possible with this system. It minimizes
warp breakage, resulting in piles with a good feeling even at high-speed
operation. The pile tension for pile, plain and border weaving sections, and at
loom stoppage are independently adjusted to contribute to the improvement of
fabric quality and productivity.
Multiple pile warp tension control
In addition to tension control during plain section and border weaving and at loom
stoppage, two kinds of pile tension can be set while the pile is being woven. The
pile just before and after a border is precisely made.
Pile ratio monitor
Stretch nozzle
A computer calculates and indicates the pile ratio, contributing to consistently
high quality and labor conservation.
Stretch nozzle
The stretch nozzle positively holds the filling with air to eliminate any slack pick, and the piles are
beautifully processed.
For better environment and safety.SGS Safety Guard Sensor
When detecting any obstructions around the cloth fell (interfering with the optical axis), the loom does not start, protecting the operator from unsuspected danger.
It is running perfectly in China Mainland and China Taiwan,our technology is pretty mature.
