The CD4017B is a 5-level Johnson counter with 10 decimal inputs. The inputs include a clock, a reset, and a clock inhibit signal. The Schmitt trigger in the clock input circuit provides pulse formation, allowing unlimited clock input pulse rise and fall times This counter has an advanced count when the clock inhibit signal is low and the transition to the clock signal is positive. The Johnson counter configuration allows high-speed operation, 2 input decoding gates, no transmission electrical signal decoding output. With anti-lock door , To ensure a reasonable technical order.
