Roller crusher
The roller crusher adopts smooth or toothed iron roller to rotate in the same and different speed. Under the effect of extrusion and friction, the malt is crushed by the roller and the endosperm is rolled out from the wheat skin. The grinding process can be one time or many times. According to the number of rollers, the roller crusher can be divided into: counter roll, four roll, five roll, six roll crusher, etc., among which the counter roll crusher is commonly used in the fine brewing beer equipment. Brewing process
Brewhouse System: add water to the saccharification equipment, add the appropriate amount according to the size of the equipment, put the crushed malt into the equipment and mix with water for automatic stirring, soaking and saccharification. After saccharification, the mash is pumped into the filter tank or filter press for filtration. The filter tank has a sieve plate to filter the wort. The clear wort is poured into the boiling pot, and the lees remain in the filter tank. After washing the spent grains, the spent grains can be used as high-quality feed, and the wort obtained from washing the spent grains is refluxed into a boiling pot to add hops. The wort is boiled into the whirling sedimentation tank, or self-circulated in the boiling whirlpool; the hop lees and the hot condensate are separated for whirling precipitation.
Fermentation system
Fermentation systems is made up of Fermentation Tank and Bright Beer Tank quantities are based on customer's request. According to different fermenting request, structure of fermentation tank be be designed accordingly.Generally Fermentation Tank structure is dished head and cone bottom,with Polyurethane installation and dimple cooling jackets .There is a cooling jacket on tank cone section,columnar part has two or three cooling jackets.This not only can meet the relevant requirements of cooling, guarantee cooling rate of fermentation tank, also help to precipitation and storage the yeast.
Tank internal and external wall are made of international quality standards of sanitary 304 stainless steel, the Polyurethane insulation thickness between the inner and outer is 50-200mm. Conic bottom install inlet and outlet pipes. Tank installation cleaning system, tank roof device, tank bottom device, rotating wine outlet tube, inflatable device, liquid level meter, sampling valve and other supporting valves, equipped with temperature sensor, with the help of PLC auto-control, the equipment can reach to automatic and semi-automatic control. The height of conic bottom is quarter of the total height. The ratio of tank diameter and height of tank is a quarter of the total height. The ratio of tank diameter and height of tank is 1:2-1:4, the cone angle usually between 60°-90°.
Cooling System
Water-cooled beer equipment includes, ice water tank, refrigerator, circulation pump, link pipeline, control system, solenoid
valve, etc. The advantages are short wine making time and fast cooling.Direct cooling beer equipment includes: compressor,microcomputer display and so on. The advantages are simple structure, low failure rate, low energy consumption and small footprint

This product used to clean beer/wine brewing tanks (fermentation tank, mashing tun, lauter tun, ince water tank etc)
automatically. Controlled by PLC system.
CIP cleaning system include Iye tank, Hydrogen peroside tank, valves and PLC control cabinet. If tank capacity is small, tank could be fixed in small conveying trolleys. After cleaning with CIP cleaning system, there is no water, no savor, no dirt in all tanks. This system is easy to operate and enjoy high security.
