What are the steps to cooperate for specific customized products?
1.) we confirm CAD drawing according to buyer's requirement.
2.) Confirm purchasing invoice after discussing by two joint parties.
3.) Start mold munufacturing after 30% TT in adv. (100%TT for mold munfacturing cost)
4.) Sample is sent to test.
5.) Whole order production starts upon receiving sample confirmation from buyer.
6.) Products are sent out after balance payment.
Q: Can you make new mold if needed?
A: Yes we are open to new models. Our technician is very experienced and we have built long term business relationship with several excellent mould factories. Please talk to our sales team for details.
Q: Do you provide free samples for quality check before placing the order?
A: We charge sample fees accordingly but the expense is always RETURNABLE as long as you place the order. If you are a returned customer, we would be very happy to provide some free samples at your request but the freight will still be at your cost. In general, We will prepare and send the samples within three days with tracking numbers.
Q: How do you control the quality of your products?
A: 1.We have quality inspectors to walk around and inspect to ensure the quality of the products from the very beginning to the very end of the production process.
2.Third party inspection is welcomed before the cartons are sealed and loaded. Please contact your exclusive sales engineer for the discussion of details.
Q: How can I get after-service?
A: We assure 2 years warranty. During this period, If any product quality issues occur, spare parts will be sent for free. But we have to charge if the problem is caused by man-made factors.
Q: Can I add my logo on the product?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are available.
