China PTFE Sewing Thread for Filtering Bag, Find details and Price about China PTFE Thread, Sewing Thread from PTFE Sewing Thread for Filtering Bag
PTFE, Poly tetra fluoro ethylene ptfe, is known as teflon, which will be translated to Tie Fu Long in chinese.
PTFE sewing thread is made of twisted filament (single line). The normal specification is three-strand 1200-2000 Den sewing thread.

MAIN ADVANTAGES
Not sticky. Almost all of the substances are not bonded with Teflon.
Heat resistance. Have excellent heat resiatance and low temperature resiatance. Be durable to high temperature of 300°c in a short period; can be used continuously generally between 240°c to 260°c with significant thermal stability. It can work at refrigeration temperatures without embrittlement and doed not melt at high temperature.
Sliding property. A lower coefficient of friction. The load sliding friction coefficent changes, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
Moisture resistance. Not wet and oily; not easy to absorb solution during operation or production; wipe it to clean if stuck with dirt.
Abrasion resiatance. Have excellent wear resistance under high load. Under a certain load, it is wear-resistance and does not adhere to substances.
Corrosion resistance. Almost free from any solvent erosion and protect the objects need to be protected from chemical corrosion.
Low temperature resistance. Minimum temperature for long-term usage is -190°c.
Insulating properties. Free from impact of environment and frequency; the volume resistance is up to 1018Ω • cm with a small dielectric loss, but a high breakdown voltage.
Resistance to atmospheric aging. The radiation-resistant property and lower permeability: the surface and the properties remain unchanged although exposed to the atmosphere in long term.
Permeation resistance.
Physiologically inert and non-toxic.
