1.Raw material Automatic feeding and metering system
1)The cement is transported from storage silo into measuring bin through screw cnveyor ..then poured into the mixer .and also the water need to measuring before feeding into the mixer .the water measuring hopper is near to the cement measuring hoper .
2)The sand and additive send into the mixer by elevator hopper .
2.Raw material automatic mixing system
Machine part: Double-shaft mixer
Capacity available :1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 sqm
Introduce:the mixer capacity is related to the mould car quantity , so we will equip the mixer after confirm the capacity with client . so that can makre sure our proposal is suit to you . Features: the double shaft is to blend the raw material more even ,also save time . different capacity to satisfy different client's requirement .
Machine part:Second mixing mixer Unique feature :If the mould car quantity is more than 10 units ,then we will equip the second mixing mixer, so as to save the mixing time of the first mixer and improve working efficiency ,increase productivity .
Note: normally use one-shaft mixer ,only large capacity will equip second mixing if small capacity ,second storage hopper is enough .

First forming method
If the mould car is fixed ,there are two different way for casting , the first method :After mixing ,casting the slurry into the second storage hopper .The mobile pouring car will carry the second storage hopper and pumping system move to the mould car along running rail.then the workers pouring/casting the slurry into the mould car ,it will take around 7 to 10 minutes . ,after pouring ,the panel need curring in the mould car for 8 hours .
Second forming method
If build a walking frame above the mould car , the secondary storage hopper will move along the frame and pour the slurry into the mould car, after pouring ,the workers will scrape the slurry flat with scraper and then curing the panel in the mould car for 8 hours .
Third forming method
If the mould car quantity more than 15sets ,then we adivse mould car movible ,after mixing ,pouring the slurry into the second storage silo ,then pouring into the mould car ,and the workers will scrap the slurry flat using scraper after that , the mould car will move to the curing area by PLC control the move and the convesion device change the direction . there curing 8 hours .
5.Machine part:Automtic demould system
Introduce : it include two parts automatic opening and closing machine and automatic demoulding machine .
Process:Firstly use opening and closing machine to open the moulds then use the demoulding machine to pull out the panel then put them together and turnove them so as the forklist to move the panels
