It can produce high voltage pulse energy, pushing cladder collide with backer at a specific velocity and impact angle. That process produces much bigger stress than the yield strength of metal material. Copper cladding aluminum plate have high electrical and heat conductivity, which makes them the basic materials for electric power transmission and heat transfer engineering. With the shortage of copper resource, substituting aluminum for copper is becoming an inevitable trend. Compared with copper, aluminum has poor welding performance, bigger surface contact resistance, so it is still difficult to use aluminum instead of copper making many parts directly. Cladding a layer copper on the surface of aluminum plate, the product copper-aluminum clad plate can improve surface contact resistance and welding properties of aluminum, which reduces the cost and weight.
