DESCRIPTION :
- Mainly used to fill pillow ,cushion ,and other filling prodctions with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber        that shorter than 100mm.
- The whole line is assemble by a fiber opening machine and 2 operation table slots can be handled by 2                 operators adjusted by PLC control system.
- Weighing system with tolerance about 25g/pcs.
- High capacity, usually one normal pillow 600kg can be finished in 6s.
- The rollers are made by v-wires with long life and less maintenance.
- The opening rate can be 99% up without hurting the fiber ,so that the finished production is good elasticity, flat       and good hand feeling.
- Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat, even.
- The fiber wrapping against divice of rollers and runing deviation against device of conveyer belt make machine       easy for maintenance.
- Difference power voltage and safety standerd can be ordered according to the customer's local requirement
