Zeolite-GM2A specialized for Thermal Stabilizer for PVC
Application: used in heat stabilizer, flame retardant and smoke suppression
Molecular formula:(SiO2)x(Al2O3)y  Na2O . Al2O3 . 2SiO2 . 4.5H2O
Product Description
Zeolite GM2A has a small and narrow particle size, porous molecular structure, high whiteness, good dispersion, low water content. In plastic and rubber industry it has good function in peculiar smell absorption, deodorization, detoxification and absorption formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene and other toxic substances in air
Zeolite can absorb HCL, reduce release of HCL at PVC combustion.
Function:
1.  toughened and strengthened : it can significantly increase the rigidity and toughness of plastic , improve its thermal stability and dispersion, make the finished product has good dimensional stability, improved rheological properties.
Such as: filling 5-15% zeolite GM2A in PVC plastic, it can significantly enhance the product toughness and strength, thus it can increase the system notched impact strength and tensile strength by 20% comparing with that filled by ordinary light calcium , and play a stop-ene smoke suppression effect.
2.  increase the gloss: it can significantly enhance the product's surface gloss and reduce energy consumption in product extrusion and injection. It is very suitable for products that require the high gloss.
3.  lower costs: well dispersed and outstanding reinforcement performance, it can reduce the cost of plastic products.
4.  wide range of uses: it can be widely used in pipe, wire and cable production of.polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE)
