A: The sample order is always welcome.
The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;
The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.
The sample cost is refundable sometimes, but the freight cost is always paid by the receiver.

A: The production time is generally 15-25 days, depends on the order details and our real-time 
production schedule when the order is placed.

A: The routine packing method is that each is wrapped with an OPP bag then a master carton.
