Product Description
The Dual Refrigeration Systems((only 598L and 938L) Deep Freezer and Ultra low temperature freezer are new developed products. It can be used for storage virus, germs, blood plasma, blood, skin, bone marrow, sperm, biology product, oceanic product and others.
It can be applicant to research institute, chemical, military, electronics, piscatorial and others.
Prices Temperature controlling
Dixell or equivalent brand micro computer control system, PT100 sensor;
Inner temperature range in -15 to -40degree, -25 to -60degree or -40 to -86degree, digital temperature display, LED display;
Using high accuracy sensor to control, display, and warning.
Safety Functions
Self checking function for clearing of fault in short time;
Password protect function, frequent start protection, the refrigeration system can keep working once there is matter for temperature sensor failure;
Warning system for high and low temperature, sensor failure etc;
Warning mode with buzzer, light flashing;
Time-delay prevention when starting up in case of overload currency rushing;
The temperature for start-up or shut-down can be set accordingly.
Refrigeration System
Dual refrigeration systems, one refrigeration system work as regular, the other system acts as back up system to make sure the freezer can work as well once one system failure;
Full sealed Danfoss or equivalent compressor, 100% CFC free high efficiency refrigerant;
Using high efficient evaporator and condensation, EBM fan, quickly freezing and low energy consume, excellent cooling system design, freezing quickly, saving energy style;
Thickness(100mm to 130mm) and high density foaming layer thermal raw material used to keep better thermal effect than regularly;
New and environment friendly raw material used.
Humanized Design
Silent designing, much more comfortable for quite room or site usage;
Whole food grade stainless steel inner wall and shelves(adjustable), quality cold steel sheet with anti-bacterial white powder;
With inner small door for each chamber separately to keep better thermal effect;
Automatic rebound iron hinges designing;
Outer door with safety lock, better thermal effect;
Inner LED lighting design;
Set USB port for connect USB memory stick;
Wide range of voltage design from 187~242 volts, 50HZ/60HZ(Optional);
