Step1. Control the raw material Steel Coil Control
SUPER Company formerly is steel building materials manufacturer only for domestic market in China, over 25 years production experiences, we have good reputation raw material suppliers in China and cooperate well, like BAO Steel, Blue Scope, Yehui Over 15 years cooperation with different coil factory As different clients require different level goods, except those high level suppliers, we also have some middle level suppliers with competitive price, with years experiences, our purchase dept manager will visit our material suppliers regularly to make sure they function well, the most important thing is we get the right material to do production for each client on time!

Our PU / PIR raw material are all from WANHUA / HUSTMAN, these factories are all world famous brand.
Step 2. Control the roll forming (our production)
After 25 years production experiences, we now have a complete set of workflow.
Confirming detail specification with clients → Purchase material →
→ Inspect the quality first before sending to our factory → pu high temperature solidification production in our factory →
→ inspect the finished sandwich panel → packing waiting for delivery
We also accept customer or third party inspection before shippment.
We now have 3 pu sandwich panel production line, meantime, we maintain our each lines regularly, to produce the sandwich panel perfectly.
Steel Roll Forming
Start with steel roll forming, can do roof shape and wall shape, there are small ribs on surface to strengthen the panel.
High temperature Solidification
The insulation part is most important, PU and PIR is injected and use double belt press to make panel flat and stable.
AUTO Cutting
The cutting blade will go with the panel, length tolerance can be ± 3mm, we will process the edge of panel to make it smooth
