Equip film auto connecting device, when one roll of film using up, the second roll will connect at the end of first roll automatically, make sure continue production.
Equip dispenser machine for seasoning sachet, and equip metal detecting machine and weight detecting machine after single bag packing.

After output of production line, the instant noodle will be divided into three parts and go into three conveyor on three direction. This is one drag three auto packing line, usually design for large capacity production line. Packing speed for each packing machine is able to reach 200 bags per minute.

If customizes special packing machine, will leave factory in 30 days after receive payment.

☆Sheet metal factory, manufacture and machining the spare parts by ourselves. We have CNC lathe, CNC bending machine, CNC grinding machine, CNC turning and milling machining center and many other automatic machining machine.

Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales services ? is it free or extra ?
A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipments at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa fee as well as daily service fee of USD100.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term: 50% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the 50% balance payment to be paid prior before shipment. Of course, we will based on our customers' available payment type, it can be discussed according tot the special condition.
