1. Do you do custom products?

Yes, we do. More than 50% of our products are customized, OEM is warmly welcome.

2. How long does it take to get a customized sample ready?

Normally it takes 20 working days from receiving a clear instructed design paper to finish a physical sample.

3. How do you charge customized products?

Besides products cost, a molding cost will be charged and it will be returned once MOQ is reached of said sample. The molding charge is once off.

4. What is the total cost and timing from giving a design to get sample on hand?

Computer drawing confirmed: 1-2 working days

5. What is the procedure for a customized sample?

1. Provide us a drawing with specification.
2. We finish computer drawing in 2 working days and get final confirmation.

3. Once computer drawing confirmed, we provide sample invoice, customer pays off, then we start production.
4. get sample done and make shipment.
If special material or accessories are needed, we will discuss and reconsider production time.

6. How do you package?

Jewelry will be put in poly bag separately, air bubble fills inside to make sure goods are safely stored, then put inside carton box.

7. Will you provide tracking No? How do you warranty safe arriving?

Tracking No. will be given once goods collected.
We suggest customer to buy insurance before shipment.

8. What is payment terms?
Sample cost will be fully paid before production or shipment.
For order goods, 30% down payment need to be done once order placed, the balance will be paid off before shipment.
We accept TT/Paypal currently. The bank commission is on customer side.

9.What about after sales warranty?

Before packing, our QC will check goods one by one carefully.
We are responsible for any problems caused by our side, defective goods will be repair for free or replace new pieces.

10. How to order?

1. Confirm price and quantity for ordering goods.

2. Once price is confirmed, we will provide proforma invoice, 30% down payment needs to be done by customer.

3. We start production when down payment is received.

4. Once goods are ready, we send commercial invoice to inform customer to pay for the balance.
5. We ship goods when balance payment is received, meanwhile, tracking no. will be given.
