How to use?

Step 1-peel

Tear open foil packet.Remove strip with dry hands and peel away from backing liner.

step 2-Apply

Looking in a mirror,fit lower strip,applying gel side against your teeth.Line up with edge of gum and 

apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to the teeth.Fold strip behind the tooth to keep in 

place.Repeat with upper strip.

Step 3-Reveal
