Introduction of AA
  Arachidonic Acid, abbreviated to AA, is      5,8,11,14-Eicosateraenoic Acid. It is a kind of       
Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA) which is most  
abundant, active and necessary in human body. 
AA is extracted from a kind of fungus ,and can be added into various children's food as a nutrient enrichment. Today it has extended its application in many fields such as in health care products, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, and chemical materials.
