Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections, particularly Gram-negative infections.Tobramycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, has almost the same antibacterial spectrum as Gentamycin, but enjoys lower nephrotoxicity and otoxicity than Gentamycin.
