   SGW4-12B Multifunctional CNC. Bending Machine is a new designed steel bar bending machine. 
 Structure introduction of Multifunctional CNC wire Stirrup Machine
      The steel wire rebar cnc automatic stirrup bending machine includes six part: traction part, straightening part, cutting part, bending part and electric components.(see pictures below).
1.Traction part
 This part is made up of servo motor device, 2 up traction wheels and 2 down traction wheels. It is mainly for the feeding and length controlling of the wire.

2.Straightening part
  This part is made up of coil in 9 straightening wheels and 9 adjustable straightening wheels. It is mainly for the level and horizontal straightening of the wire.


3.Bending and Cutting part
   This part is made up of hydraulic mechanism, 1 fixed knife and 1 moving knife with 7.5KW hydraulic motor. It completes the cutting work via Control Solenoid and approach switch.
 

4. Electrical Part
