Product description 

Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a commonly used buffer solution for biological research. It is a
water-based salt solution that contains sodium chloride and Phosphate. The PBS buffer helps maintain a constant pH value, and its osmotic pressure and ion concentration are usually close to the body'S pH (iso-osmoia). The pH value of this product is 7.2-7.4.

Features: fine powder, quick dissolution and easy to use.
Application: it can be used for washing cell, tissue, etc. or other routine usage.
Application: Each bag of TBS buffer powder shall be dissolved in 2000mL water.
Component: 10 mmol/L phosphate, 150 mmol/L NaCl,pH7.2-7.4@25ºC

Application

Phosphate buffer is widely used in general pathology experiments,  tissues and slicings washing, preparation of antibodies, etc. Each pack powder can be dissolved in 2L solution distilled water.
