Mobile gold trommel wash plant is composed of feeding hopper, screen drum, chassis, wheel, transmission device, and control cabinet(optional parts: diesel engine generator and belt conveyor). It is a new type of mobile screening platform, and suitable for the power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, mining and other industries. It has the features that less investment, less labor, simple operation and flexible.

The drum is made of solid reinforced roller support and gear by driving structure, or sprocket drive structure. Screen mesh material is high manganese steel mesh weaving ans steel bar, and it has the large processing capacity, high efficiency, long service life. The chassis used heavy beams equipped with 6 tires, it has solid structure and strong bearing capacity. Separate drive design of the generator drive motor, it can be also directly driven by diesel engine, lower failure rate, easy maintenance.

The transmission mode is divided into three types: gear and pinion drive, chain wheel drive and roller friction drive. In addition, there are different kinds of screen mesh for customers' requirements: manganese wire mesh, steel plate punching mesh, welded steel mesh, stainless steel mesh. Special requirements can be specially customized.

Heavy: the drum is a double-layer structure, it is made of steel bar in the inner mesh to prevent the impact of bulk materials so that can greatly improve the service life of the screen and the screening efficiency of outer screen.

Light: the drum is a single-layer screen, in the material does not contain bulk materials used, the advantage of the single-layer sieve cylinder light weight, weight and energy consumption can reduce the equipment.
