The manganese and chrome content is critical to the wear life of impact crusher parts and varies by crusher machine. We manufacture normal materials that are standard for impact crusher wear parts such as:

    -High Manganese Steel:Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn24Cr2
    -High Chrome casting iron:Cr20%, Cr25%-Cr27%
    -Xwin® martensitic

Kinlink Xwin® martensitic wear parts are considered ideal in applications where the feed material varies. Offering impact resistance similar to manganese steel with improved wear properties, they also demonstrate good resistance to abrasive gouging.
