About pulley lagging

Pulley lagging is used to increase friction coefficient between conveyor belt and pulley and reduce conveyor belt slippage. 
It can hlep improving conveyor belt performance and belt tracking and extend life of belt, bearing and other components.


Ceramic pulley lagging is embedding high alumina ceramic tiles into rubber matrix, the high alumina ceramic tiles deliver good wear resistance and longer service life.  it is particularly for conveyor pulleys where belt slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make rubber pulley lagging do not work.

Both rubber lagging and ceramic Lagging can be produced with cn bonding layer, which offer fast and higher higher bonding strength to surface of conveyor pulley.



We also provide pulley lagging service. And cold-bonding installation procedure is available as per request.
