Q1: if I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn't pay any mold fee for re-make the same design

Q2: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
Please don't worry, generally our production time is 12- 14 days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.

Q3: if I want to see the artwork, if i need to pay the artwork fee ?
No, you needn't , my friend, we could offer the free artwork for you to see your product's effect

Q4: I don't know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample? 
Of course. Don't worry, before the mass order, we could help you to do the sample first, when sample finished, we could send the picture and the video to you, when you confirm it, and then the mass order could be start.

Q5: I am looking for the cooperation, if I could see your sample first?
It's so glad to cooperate with you, of course, we could send our free sample to you to refer our best quality.

Q6: Express shipping is too high, any other options?
Yes, of course, the shipping fee is not charged by us, but we could help you to choose the most economic to you

Q7:What's your quality control percentage?
As the quality, please be assured, we will have the strict QC before the shipment many times, and also our sales will go to the package room to check the quality again by ourself. if have found the bad products,we will send them to factory again and make it again.then ship the best to you.
