Working Principle

The working principle of the nut puffing machine is to add fresh nuts into a closed tank and heat them with steam or liquefied gas to obtain high temperature and high pressure. Then, the internal and external pressure difference is formed by instantaneous pressure relief, so as to open the nut without adding any additives in the whole production process. It adopts pure physical method to maintain the product has the original color and flavor.
