    Fully Automatic Extruder Machine Snack Food Processing Line is a kind of food with very wide consumption. Due to the compatibility of twin screws to materials, the production line uses rice, corn, wheat, oats, flour and other whole grains as raw materials. After being extruded by a twin-screw extruder and extruded from different molds, rotary-cut into shape, and then baked (or fried) for seasoning, snack snacks with crisp taste and realistic appearance can be obtained.

Main Machine

Mixer	The machine can mix all the different kinds of power materials with water. Due to the high speed of mixing braches 580Rpm, the different materials can be mixed evenly with water and some other liquid materal.
Extruder	The twin screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extrudering system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system and controlling system. 1.The screws are made of the alloy steel. 2.The forced lubrication system. 3.Auto-temperature control system. 4.Auto-speed feeding and cutting system.
Dryer	The multy layer dryer is with compact design which can make the food be well dried in a limied space. We can adjust the number of layers and lengths depeding on the output of the oven. It is food standard stainless belt. The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried. We can also provide gas dryer, diesel dryer and steam dryer or even double energy dryer.
Oil Sprayor	This machine is used to spray oil and other liquid flavor on the snacks food or feed. There is heating pipe inside the drum which can make the oil be liquid even in winter time.
Twin Rollers	The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with snacks eventy.
Cooling Conveyor	There are totally two functions for this machine.Cooling and conveying. Generally there are fans over the stainless belt. It can also take the food from one workshop to another.
