Product Description:
A two-component, fast-reacting spray polyurea system. It is suitable for various chemical corrosive environments and has excellent anti-corrosion and protective properties.

Application Scope:
Anticorrosion of chemical equipment and auxiliary facilities in petroleum, petrochemical, oil field, chemical and other industries; anticorrosion or repair of large chemical storage tanks, cru de oil tanks, pickling tanks, electroplating tanks, carbonization towers, brine tanks, and evaporation tanks;waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment of insulation layer; anti-corrosion of bottom plate, welding seam protection, protection of tank bottom and concrete foundation; anti-corrosion and anti-slip treatment of stairs or passages, anti-corrosion of tanks and peripheral equipments.
Anti-chemical corrosion of container area and equipment support structure; anti-corrosion of floor treatment, ceiling and wall of chlo rine equipment and chemical workshop.

Advantages:
The product is solvent-free, free of heavy metals, and environmentally-friendly.
The protective coating has excellent properties of anti-corrosion and weather resistance, and can withstand environmental temperature changes from -40°C to 150°C.
The overall coating is seamless, of corrosion-resistance, strong adhesion, high strength, impact resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, waterproof and impermeability.
The coating film is cured at an ultra-fast speed, the surface is dry in 1 minute, and reach walking strength in 45 minutes, which minimizes the construction time and reduces the overall project cost.
Can be sprayed continuously on any curved surface without sagging, and the film thickness is uniform, effectively avoiding missing coating.

Packaging and Storage:
Product packaging: component A 55kg/barrel, component B 50kg/barrel.
The product should be strictly sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated and cool indoor warehouse.
The storage period is 6 months. After the expiration date, the product can still be used after passing the test.
