Beet Red is actually a vegetable juice obtained from red beetroot with simply crushing and concentration, sometimes it is spray dried into powder. The main ingredient of beet Red is betanin which is very weak to heat, therefore beet red is usually used in products with low processing temperature. Beet Red has a beautiful purplish red shade and is not affected by PH.

Typical application: ice cream, cookies fillings, chocolate coating, vegetable soup, ect
Usage: pick requested amount of Beet Red to dissolve with water, and then add aqueous solution into the end product.
