Advanced mechanical expansion tube and arc corrugation sheet with double flanged aluminum-finned sheets are adopted in plate-fin air heat exchanger. Mechanical expansion tube makes copper tube come into close contact with aluminum-finned sheet; arc corrugation can promote turbulent flow of fluid, destruct boundary layer of air, and raise heat transfer coefficient.
