2,Main Features and Advantages
  1. TP-B40TM can wrap single pack of facial tissue, hand towel and napkin.
  2. Processes such as tissues infeed, turning, counting, pushing, accumulating, filling, bagging, bag stretching, bag opening and seal cutting are all servo driven and controlled, easily operated and conveniently maintained.
  3. Centralized management on the vacuum station, reduce air consumption
  4. Instant heating sealing or constant temperature sealing device are adopted. AC controlled, up and down heating method can meet various kinds of requirements. Be suitable for different packing material thickness, outer/ inner print or uneven corona density. High flexibility for packing material, stably run and neatly sealed.
  5. Equipped with bag opening monitor function, defects bag removal function, air supply management function, fault alarm reminding function and servo overload protection function.
  6. Max capacity of up to 22 bags per minute. (Depends of the configurations)

Acceptance Standard
  1. Packing film Material:PE ;Thickness:0.04mm-0.05  ,Vent holes ≥6mm total two rows.
  2. Bagging:
8.2.1 Precisely matching with required quantity.
8.2.2 In sequence and direction to bag tidy
  1. Sealing:
8.3.1 Firm and right tightness (by supporting with a hand at the bag center, the drooping should be ≤10mm), no bag breakage nor damaging packs.
8.3.2 Gusset should be symmetrical, horizontal deviation tolerance 5mm. misalignment ≤ 5mm; Seal edge is straight, no burrs, no sawteeth or slags. Seal width 8-12MM.
  1. Tissues Appearance:No stains, wrinkles or torn caused by the packing machine.
  2. Production Speed Test Standard:22bags/min(3packs/bag);20bags/min(6packs/bag);18bags/min(8packs/bag);Upstream infeed speed should fulfill the multipack wrapper speed, or the upstream down time would not be taken into account.
  3. Packing efficiency: ≥85% .test production time:4hrs.(Excluding reel changeover time or down time or idle running time that NOT caused by the machine's own performance). Products quantity should be counted before the test run. And after the test, defects would be counted to calculate the qualification rate.
  4. Qualification rate:  ≥97% .Defects products that are due to tissue oversize, unqualified packing film or disoperation by the buyer workers would not be counted. 
  1. Service Commitment
We have strict and professional user management system, which enables us to do our utmost to cater for the needs of our customers. Whenever you buy our products, you are double secured with the reliable and life time after-sales services provided both by our parts suppliers and us. Hereby we make below commitment:
Warranty: ONE year. Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period. But buyer shall be responsible for the charges of the damaged parts caused by operator's misuse by not following the instructions of the operation manual. Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
  1. Seller would be responsible for the installation and commissioning. Service would be door-to-door. If any equipment failure occurs during the production process, seller would help fix the issues at the first time either through the phone or (if still not solved by phone) by sending the engineers down there within 48 hours.
  2. Mechanical guarantee would be ONE year after the operation test acceptance. Upon the purchase requests from the buyer, spare parts would be timely supplied by the seller. It is seller's responsibility to answer any questions submitted by the buyer or provide the any services that requested by buyer.
  3. Seller is responsible for training the workers at buyer site about operation and maintenance. And would be continuously providing the technical support via phone consulting or door-to-door visit to make sure each device runs in good status, and take precautious steps to prevent machine failures.
  4. We are committed to make every customers satisfied with each of our service.
  5. Sufficient spare parts supply would make sure the spare parts purchased by customer dispatched and delivered at fastest speed as possible.
