Advanced High Efficient Vertical Preheater for Cement Production Line
The Features of Preheater:
The innovation of our lime vertical preheater is the design benefits. The innovative refractory brick lining has good seal property to keep the preheating temperature. The application of lime vertical preheater greatly cut down the length of rotary kiln to reduce the floor area and hot loss of kiln surface. The recovery of kiln exhaust enhance the fuel efficiency and also is good for dust collection. Generally, the capacity can be improved 30% more than before, and the hot efficiency can be increase 40% more than before.
Working Principle of Preheater:
It is based on the position of preheater in rotary kiln system and negative pressure. Heat emission is heat convective, the material and air is convection movement. When raw materials are fed into the preheater, under the negative pressure condition, to prevent cold air into the preheater, the inlet of raw materials must be effectively sealed. This is to ensure the effective use of heat and material preheating effect. The standard of preheating quality in the preheater, is the feeding room's temperature which is in the bottom of preheater. Kiln temperature is detected by thermocouple in the side wall of feeding room, including the flame radiation and air temperature. It reflects the firing temperature when feed into kiln, but also the degree of feedback the final warm-up temperature of the material. What truly reflects the effective temperature of the material is outlet temperature of the preheater top. Temperature control on this point is more important than the end of the rotary kiln temperature control. Materials in the preheater are pushed out from to rotary kiln after preheating and pre-decomposition by hydraulic plunger device.
