Answer1: It depends on your mind. We accepted the customized logo and you also can get smooth rings if you want.
Question2: What else do you need to install these indoors?
Answer2: You have to buy strap anchor and mount these rings to ceiling or other place. For your safety, please ensure the ceiling is strong enough and can hold great weight. 
Question3: The length states 15'. Does that mean mounted they have a length of the 15'? Or once you've looped it is it 7.5'?
Answer3: The length of the strap is 15', so the max length is 7.5' after looped it. Comes with metal buckle, you can adjust the length to position you want when using.
