Production description:
The rugged, fabric-reinforcement belts withstand high abuse applications, and the weave fabric design delivers up to longer service life.
Different materials and different causes of abrasion require different kinds of abrasion resistant covers. 
The belt can be transported some heavy or sharp materials such as rocks, glass that cut and gouge the surface of belt need different resistance properties. And our rubber compounds technic has been used to develop an outstanding range of abrasion resistance rubber covers.

EP belt is the combination of Polyester in warp and Nylon in weft. EP belt provides far much lower elongation than NN belt and it can also be used for special purposes.
NN belt is the combination of Nylon in warp and weft and it is widely used in multi-ply conveyor belts for transporting bulk or lumpy materials.

A:SR Belting has 11 production lines and its capacity is 5000meters per day.

Q:How about your lead time?

A: It is 20 ~ 25days for regular belts.

Q: What is your M.O.Q ?

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

Q: Do you have belt warranty?

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
