Product description:
The carcass is EP canvas(the warp is polyester and the weft is poly amide). With advantage of light weight, good impact resistance, low elongation, weak elasticity, good trough ability, anti-humidity and anti-insect. It is suitable for transportation in medium or long distance with heavy load under the high-speed working condition.

Oil resistant conveyor belts consist of special oil resistant  cover compounds, which provide great resistance against mild solvents and mineral oils. And the belts are used for conveying materials of forestry and recucling plants.
SR-Oil Resistant belt covers are made with Nitrile (NB), Styrene Butadiene (SB) and Neoprene (CR) compounds with added fillers to provide maximum protection for the belt carcass from the penetration of grains,turpentine from bark wood chips and sap and mild mineral solvents. It also prevents the conveyor belt from swelling and softening when it comes in contact with greasy or mild oily materials, contributing to belt deterioration.
Sidewall conveyor belts main varieties are SBR and BR, the conveyor belt is based on steel cord, polyester and nylon.

A: It is 20 ~ 25days for regular belts.

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

Q: Do you have belt warranty?

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
