Construction:
Using high tesion fabric and steel cord as the belt reinforcement, and covered top and bottom with good quality abrasion resistant rubber compound. The belt gradually roll into type U and finally into type tubular  during operation, conveying materials under a hermitic condition.

Belt Application:
suitale for conveying materials in building, mining,power plants, chemical industry, cement, grain etc.
It conveys powder, granular small lump, paste and liquid materials that scatter easily.
Prevent materials from overflowing, drop-down, scattering and mixing foreign materials from outside. 
Suitable for curve(45°-90°) and incline (up to 30°) transporting due to easy design of conveyor line and limited space.

A: M.O.Q is 1*20GP.  The less quantity is ok but its cost will be higher.

A: At least 12months service life for regular belt. HR T4+ belt 3~6month.
