Product overview

The rotary RTO furnace uses a fixed heat exchange medium bed, and the heat exchange medium is regenerative ceramics. The waste gas from the production line is heated after passing through the hot ceramic medium bed; the high-temperature gas burning in the furnace heats the heat exchange medium bed, corresponding to the purging zone and transition zone. Under the action of the rotary switching valve, the ceramic medium bed changes circularly, so that the two groups of heat exchange medium beds switch to each other and heat the low-temperature waste gas after heat storage. Because only 1 / 6 of the ceramic medium changes the air flow direction each time, it can effectively reduce the wind pressure fluctuation at the inlet and outlet of RTO, and has little impact on the air pressure of the front-end production line, so it is more suitable for coating and wiring.

The inside of the switch valve is designed with a purge duct, so the decomposition rate is higher than that of the tower RTO, which makes the organic waste gas decomposition rate reach more than 99%, and finally makes the waste gas emission meet the national environmental protection standards. The heat exchange efficiency is above 95%. If the concentration of organic waste gas is enough, it is easy to maintain the oxidation furnace without adding fuel. Treatment capacity: 2500-200000 M / h.

Performance characteristics
The air volume of the treatment is from 2000-50000nm/h, because of the high efficiency rotary valve,

Rotary RTO can solve organic waste gas of organic matter, industrial waste gas with low concentration, industrial waste gas with great extensibility, industrial waste gas with concentration change, and low sensitivity to dust, which can reasonably improve the cleaning efficiency, up to 99%. Rotary RTO can improve the thermal efficiency, up to 95%, and the server maintenance work is less, which can improve the actual operation safety factor and credibility.

Process principle:

It is to heat the organic waste gas above 760 ºC for more than 1 second, so that VOCs in the waste gas can be oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.

The high temperature gas produced by oxidation flows through the special ceramic regenerator to make the ceramic body temperature rise and "heat storage". This "heat storage" is used to preheat the organic waste gas entering the furnace body, so as to save the fuel consumption of waste gas temperature rise and reduce the operation cost.

The ceramic regenerator should be divided into three zones, and each regenerator in turn goes through the procedures of heat storage, heat release and cleaning. After the "heat release" of the regenerator, an appropriate amount of clean air should be introduced immediately to clean the regenerator (to ensure that the VOCs removal rate is above 99%). Only after the cleaning is completed, can the "heat storage" process be started.

When the concentration of combustible components in the exhaust gas is too low, the combustion of auxiliary fuel (diesel or natural gas) is used to increase the furnace temperature. When the furnace temperature is too high, the high temperature vent valve controlled by the furnace temperature will release part of the heat.
