Dust free granular carbon black
 
Product Name: dust free granular carbon black (no dust, no pollution, saving pure natural rubber and removing pollution carbon black)
Main ingredients: polymer materials, rubber nano materials, natural rubber, natural gas, special carbon black, and other auxiliary materials.

Product advantages: good softness, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, good coloring, good dispersion, high elasticity, antistatic, shock absorption, environmental protection and no dust.

Main technical indexes of dust-free granular carbon black:

1. Uniform appearance and color.   2. Dispersibility, colorless spots and stripes.
3. Heat resistance 120-180 ºC.   4. Migration resistance grade 5.    5. Light fastness grade 8. 6, coloring 98

Usage: (cost saving)

1. According to the amount of twice the weight of the original contaminated carbon black.
2. Reduce the amount of natural rubber and recycled rubber by 30% - 50% of the weight of partially polluted carbon black.
If you use 16 kg of contaminated carbon black for a truck of rubber, then 32 kg of dust-free carbon black will be used,

Increased weight: 32-16 = 16KG, then reduce natural rubber, 16kgx40% = 2.2kg, reclaimed rubber 7kg-16kgx30% = 2.2kg, rubber oil 6kg-16kgx30% = 1.2kg

The use of the new formula can reduce mixing time, reduce electricity charges, increase production capacity, especially protect the environment, prevent cross contamination and save costs.
Note: the minimum proportion of natural rubber and recycled tire rubber is to reduce the added weight by 30% - 50%. Some can be reduced to 100%, depending on the performance of rubber products.
