Features:
A. High -quality steel plate welded body, all processed by tempering and shot blasting, with good rigidity and stable precision;
B. Longitudinally set bent axle, with compact structure, and the bent axle is processed by rolling ,with good smoothness and flexible rotation; rectangle six-face lengthened guide rail, the guide surface is bronze panel and with high guiding precision.
C. Air-operated double -balanced cylinder, the balance sliding block and upper die weight can reduce the impact and noise, eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and the sliding block, reduce the impact and abrasion of loaded parts and enhance and molding precision of the parts.
D. The whole machine has adopted imported PLC centralized control, and imported safety double value control is applied to the gas circuit, to realize inch, single and continuous punching;
E. The key parts such as slider, guide rail, worktable plate, connecting rod and flywheel are cast with resin sand. Compared with common clay sand casting, the surface roughness and dimensional accuracy are improved effectively;
F. Electrical control is applied to die-filling height for JH21 products of 60 tons or above; high-quality configuration, and all the key components and parts such as pneumatic components, electrical apparatus elements, sealing elements, and buttons are imported.

After Service:
1.  1 year warranty for the mechanical part from the date of received machine except for man-made damage and improper use.
2. Provide technical agreement and specification in English.
3.  Provide technical support by email, video, or engineer teaching at seller's workshop step by step through phone or video.
4.  The engineer can serve in the customer's factory with reasonable additional cost.
