1. What is shaftless screw conveyor?

Shaftless Screw Conveyor is an ideal solution for sludge carrying. 3. What are the installation requirements?

Height Requirement: the height from the ground to the bottom end of sludge cake outlet of the screw press has to be considered. And the width of the feeding inlet should be a little bigger than sludge cake outlet of the screw press. 

Angle Requirement: usually installation angle is smaller than 20°.
