How to install the SMC molded septic tank:

Excavation and treatment of foundation pit

The positioning and laying of SMC molded septic tanks should be determined according to the engineering design drawing, and the foundation pit can be excavated according to the size of the selected models. When the foundation pit is excavated to the predetermined elevation, the ground layer is rammed, the bearing capacity of the foundation is not lower than 1OOKN/, and the thick 500mm-1OOmm of yellow sand is used as the cushion, and the larger masonry or lump in the sand is removed and the lump is removed, and the holistic septic tank is ready to be installed.

Excavation installation:

When the SMC molded septic tank is assembled or has groundwater and the soil is very poor, the thick 1OOmm pebbles or crushed stone should be rammed, the 1OOmm-300mmC1O grade concrete cushion is set on the base, the concrete cushion is covered with 1OOmm sand cushion, and the two sides of the tank are filled with plain soil.
