The equipment is suitable for large-scale production enterprises with high production efficiency.
 
The equipment include three parts:  input, output and waiting parts, to realize uninterrupted production.
 
Each section adopts V-shaped structure (adjustable structure), stable transmission and convenient replacement.
 
Each motion unit is controlled and transmitted by a servo motor, combined with a high-precision sensor, to achieve accurate positioning.
 
The back-up wheel on each section shall be mounted in inlaid way to make the wheel surface more flat, the glass transportation more stable and the straightness of sealant better.
 
The equipment is include single and double rubber configuration, including rubber mixer, convenient for switching of different sealants. It is composed of two-component system and hydraulic system. Under the electrical system control, glue supply and secondary pressurization can be realized, so as to achieve the stable effect of gluing.
 
It adopts high-precision accessories, with stable mechanical structure, stable operation and long service life.
 
The main components and control system are of international famous brands, with stable and reliable performance.
 
The operation interface is reasonably distributed, each moving unit can be operated independently, and the requirements for the gluing effect can be adjusted at any time, which is easy to learn and operate.
 
According to the menu application mode, adjust the different size glass, just select from the menu, all the parameters such as speed, pressure and mechanical position will change automatically.

During sealing, each side and corner can achieve independent interface parameter adjust, with good sealing effect, also the perfect corner, smooth surface without bubbles, and no need to repair.

It is convenient to connect with the insulating glass making line and realize line production and on-line sealing.
