The supporting apray solenoid valve which integrates with flow cavity shortens the paths of air delivery to decrease the consumption of the air.
 
Control through integrating with flow cavity air
The front crossbar as the auxiliary air bag connects with the solenoid valve directly which cut uo the tube to the solenoid valve, shorting the distance from the nozzles to the solenoid valve which makes the integrating with flow cavity air feed mode. The new solenoid valve matching two nozzles makes the shooting time precise and pressure pulse stable. The loom can run under high speed and make weft insertion stable and reduce the gas consumption 10% at the same time.
