api 10d spec one piece centralizer /Slip on Welded Single Piece Bow Spring Casing Centralizer
Slip on Welded Single Piece Bow Spring Casing Centralizer is made one piece welded at one side. Premium quality Bows have high restoring force uniform hardness all over. Slip on centralizers are provided for direct installation pipe by slipping on. It has High tensile strength, high shock absorption value and impact value.
In welded centralizers, welding can never be as smooth as the single piece centralizer. Welding always be little overlapped or little exposed which cause friction to fluid while running in the hole but single piece centralizer have smooth corner radius which allow better fluid by pass and have low friction.
This centralizer undergoes a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent it from rust and coated with special Polyester Powder. It is shipped in assembled condition only. These are available in all sizes ranging from 4½" to 20". Any special sizes or combination can available on request.
This integral one-piece bow spring centralizer is a high-end centralization product. The
centralizers are built to gauge to offer easier, RIH, maximize standoff, and maximize the cement job. The UROS range of centralizers are built mostly for passing through close tolerance situations and then opening back up into under reamed holed sections, or washed out sections, while still providing quality stand-off performance. Bow spring sections are based on a straight bladed principle, but are curved in both axial and tangential directions. This cross curvature conforms to the borehole wall, while the axial curvature changes proportionally as it encounters different loads. As the loads increase, the surface contact area also increases, reducing the load per square unit of area. This helps avoid compression and shear failure of the formation surface.
