Straight vane/blade steel solid rigid casing centralizers provide ultimate drag adn torque reduction with maximum fluid bypass.With low friction factor straight blade steel solid casing centralizers withstand high wellbore temperatures while providing maximum horizontal standoff.Staight blade steel solid casing centralizers are wellhead friendly and have high impact with shock resistance along with optimum tensile and yield strength.
If the casing will be rotated or reciprocated during cementing operations, the Straight blade centralizer can float on the casing joint between the stop collars.
The Straight vane/blade solid rigid centralizer is normally 8" long, but it can be manufactured to any length the customer requires. These centralizers are available with or without set screws for eliminating of stop collars.
Straight vane/blade solid rigid casing centralizers are available for casing Sizes 4 ½" to 20".
